What this site is
This site describes Veteran Benefits Guide's service and provides sign-in to the portals used to work a claim. The platform is built and operated by Atlas Ops for VBG.

Nothing on this site is legal advice, medical advice, or a promise about how the Department of Veterans Affairs will decide a claim. VBG assists with the claims process; it does not control the outcome, and no page here should be read as predicting one.
Veteran Benefits Guide is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs or any government agency.
The eligibility form
Completing the eligibility form starts a conversation. It does not create a claim, does not create a client relationship, and does not commit VBG to represent you. What happens to the information you enter is described in the privacy notice.
Your account
Accounts are issued to a named person. Keep your credentials and multi-factor device to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. Do not attempt to reach records that are not yours; access is scoped per account and every access is logged.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to upload malicious files, to probe or disrupt the service, or to submit information about another person without their permission. We may suspend access that endangers the service or the people whose records it holds.
Electronic signature
Where you are asked to sign a document, signing is completed inside the portal after you have signed in. We do not send signing links by email, deliberately: a signing link in an inbox is a credential outside your control.
Availability
The platform is under active development and is offered as-is. It may be unavailable for maintenance, and features may change. Deadlines in the VA process - the Intent to File window in particular - are set by the VA and are not extended by anything on this site.
